Our HVAC technician, Keith, came out today to get our heat pump unit working. He was very thorough with his work and his communication with us. Trevor promptly arrived and performed a follow-up inspection on previous work and an HVAC annual inspection. He also pointed out several defective items in need of attention to make the system more efficient and maximize system life. With our approval, he remained to complete the additional work in a proficient manner and supplied us with an itemized estimate for properly sealing and re-insulating the attic, to be done in the not too distant future.
