How much does Anderson Heating, Air & Insulation's HVAC maintenance
plan cost?
The Paws-itive HVAC Maintenance Plan is $30/month, billed monthly with no contract.
It includes twice-yearly HVAC tune-ups (spring + fall), 5% off all HVAC repair labor and parts, no $89
diagnostic fee, prioritized dispatch on service calls, and filter replacement on every visit.
What's included in the annual HVAC tune-up?
Each Anderson Heating, Air & Insulation HVAC tune-up includes inspection of all
HVAC components, coil and burner cleaning, refrigerant level check, lubrication of moving parts, safety
control testing, filter replacement, and a detailed system report. Spring visits focus on AC and heat pumps;
fall visits focus on heating and cold-weather readiness.
Can I cancel the HVAC maintenance plan anytime?
Yes. The Paws-itive Plan is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel
online or by phone at (706) 629-0749. Anderson Heating, Air & Insulation pro-rates any unused portion of
the month.
Does the plan cover both heating and air conditioning?
Yes. The plan covers your full HVAC system — central air conditioner, furnace, heat
pump, or dual-fuel system. Mini-split systems are also covered.
Do I get emergency HVAC service as a plan member?
Yes. Plan members get prioritized emergency dispatch when calling (706) 629-0749 —
your call routes ahead of non-members. Same-day emergency dispatch is available when crews are open, plus
the member rate ($89 diagnostic fee waived) on every emergency call.
What if I need HVAC service after hours?
Anderson Heating, Air & Insulation's office is open Monday–Friday 7:30 AM to 5:00
PM. The (706) 629-0749 line is answered emergency service through our emergency dispatch service for true
HVAC failures (no heat in winter, no AC in extreme heat, gas-smell concerns, water leaking from a unit).
Plan members get prioritized routing on after-hours calls.
How often should HVAC maintenance be scheduled?
Twice a year: a spring tune-up for the AC before summer and a fall tune-up for the furnace or
heat pump before winter. A heat pump runs all year, so it benefits from both visits. Between visits, change
your air filter on schedule.
When should I schedule furnace maintenance?
In the fall, before you need the heat. A fall tune-up cleans the burner and flame sensor,
inspects the heat exchanger and checks combustion and safety controls, so problems show up before the
first cold night. Plan members are scheduled for it automatically.
