Two Ways to Use Your 5%

Option 1

5% Referral Reward

Receive a referral reward based on the eligible collected amount of the completed HVAC project.

Option 2

Anderson Home Services Gift Card

Instead of receiving a cash referral reward, property managers may choose to receive their 5% reward as an Anderson Home Services Gift Card.

Gift card credits can be saved and used toward eligible:

  • Other services offered by Anderson

Can’t Personally Accept Referral Compensation?

Some property managers may work under brokerage, employer, or company policies that restrict personal referral compensation.

Where appropriate, the referral benefit may instead be structured as a company-approved credit or benefit, subject to company policies and applicable requirements.

Simple Program Rules

  • The property manager must be identified as the referral source before the project is booked.
  • The referral reward equals 5% of the eligible collected project amount.
  • Payment is issued after the project is completed and Anderson receives full payment.
  • Taxes, permits, financing charges, refunds, and similar pass-through costs are excluded when calculating the referral reward.
  • Alternative company-approved benefits may be available where personal referral compensation is restricted.

How much can I earn?

The standard referral reward is 5% of the eligible collected amount of a qualifying completed HVAC project.

When is the referral reward paid?

After the qualifying project is completed and Anderson has received full payment.

How is my 5% calculated?

The reward is based on the eligible collected project amount. Taxes, permits, financing charges, refunds, and similar pass-through costs are excluded.

How does Anderson know the referral came from me?

The property manager must be identified as the referral source before the project is booked.

Can I choose an Anderson Home Services Gift Card?

Yes. Property managers may choose to receive their qualifying 5% reward as an Anderson Home Services Gift Card instead of a cash referral reward, subject to program terms.
