Weatherization only pays off when it targets the right spots. Before we seal or insulate anything, we test the house and walk it, including windows, doors, attic and crawlspace, to find where your conditioned air is escaping.
Whole-Home Approach
A new furnace or AC can't fix a house that leaks air. As a BPI-certified HVAC and insulation company, we look at insulation, air sealing, ductwork and equipment together, so the work you pay for shows up in comfort and on your power bill.

Weatherization is sealing air leaks, adding insulation and fixing moisture problems so a home uses less energy to stay comfortable. Done right, it starts with testing to find where the home is losing energy.
Some community action agencies and utility programs offer weatherization at no cost or reduced cost to households that qualify. Eligibility and funding are set by each program, not by us. If you have been referred, call us and we will help with the next steps.
Most attic insulation jobs take about a day. Whole-home air sealing and wall insulation typically take 2–4 days, depending on the size and condition of the home.
Sealing leaks and adding insulation where it is missing often reduces heating and cooling costs and makes rooms more comfortable. How much depends on where the home is starting from, which is why we test first.
Not necessarily. Weatherization can improve comfort without touching your equipment. If your system is old or failing, a tighter home may also mean you need a smaller, less expensive replacement.
